About this package
The "Ryder Cup Experience" takes golfers back to 2014 when the Ryder Cup visited Scotland for the first time in over 4 decades. The package can be designed to include up to 5 rounds, coming as standard with golf included at the host course of the 2014 event, the PGA Centenary course at Gleneagles. The second inclusive round is at the Kings Course at Gleneagles, many time host of the Scottish Open.
For your optional rounds, we include the beautiful Queens Course at Gleneagles as well as both the spectacular Rosemount and Lansdowne courses at Blairgowrie. Whilst it is common knowledge that the Ryder Cup was played over the PGA Centenary course, it is perhaps less known that the junior Ryder Cup event was played over Blairgowrie Rosemount in the same year. This course also hosted the Martini Open in 1977, Greg Norman's inaugural tour victory. Originally designed by Dr. Alistair McKenzie, the architect of Augusta National, Rosemount is simply stunning.
Our "Ryder Cup Experience" package can be designed (subject to times and availability) to include 2 rounds of golf on 2 days of the visit, allowing for 5 rounds in total. Accommodation will be provided at a prestige hotel in nearby Perth, however it may be possible to upgrade to Gleneagles hotel for a premium. Starting from XXXX***, this package is both unique and incredible value for money.
*** Prices quoted are per person and are based on 3 nights accommodation and 3 rounds of golf, with 4 golfers in a party and double occupancy at hotels. Prices may vary depending on numbers travelling and length of stay. During peak season and times of high demand accommodation costs may increase.
